研究目的：

本研究以“稀释氧化亚氮速效镇痛技术可能适用于我国创伤镇痛”为假设，尝试建立稀释氧化亚氮速效镇痛技术在创伤镇痛的具体应用方案，并形成医护人员掌握的速效镇痛适宜技术的规范化操作规程，为患者减轻或免除疼痛的折磨和伤害提供实证依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the hypothesis that "diluted nitrous oxide quick acting analgesia technology may be suitable for trauma analgesia in China", this study attempts to establish the specific application scheme of diluted nitrous oxide quick acting analgesia technology in trauma analgesia, and form the standardized operating procedures of appropriate quick acting analgesia technology mastered by medical staff, so as to provide empirical basis for patients to reduce or avoid pain and injury.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 肠梗阻、空气栓塞、气胸、气脑造影检查、癫痫、阻塞性呼吸系统疾病及急性上呼吸道感染、孕妇、合并其他严重复合伤；
2. 严重药物依赖及精神异常的病人；
3. 药物性或疾病性肺纤维化的病人；
4. 耳鼻喉等器官的疾病，如鼻窦炎、中耳疾患、鼓膜移植；
5. 既往有滥用镇痛药物史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Intestinal obstruction, air embolism, pneumothorax, aeroencephalography, epilepsy, obstructive respiratory disease, and acute upper respiratory tract infection, pregnant women, or combined with other severe combined injuries;
2. Patients with severe drug dependence and mental disorders;
3. Patients with drug-induced or disease-induced pulmonary fibrosis;
4. Otorhinolaryngology and other organ diseases, such as sinusitis, middle ear diseases, and tympanic membrane transplantation;
5. Previous history of analgesic drug abuse.
