研究目的：

1、用大样本量数据明确哪些临床、生化指标及细胞因子可以预测妊娠期糖尿病的发生。 2、筛选预测效果强、检测方便、易于实施的标记物，为GDM患者提供早干预、早治疗提供依据。 3、发现妊娠期糖尿病孕妇与正常妊娠孕妇脂肪细胞之间存在的基因表达差异，初步探讨妊娠期糖尿病的发病机制。

Objectives of Study：

1. To determine which clinical and biochemical indicators and cytokines can predict the occurrence of GDM based on the large sample size data. 2. Screening of markers with strong prediction effect, convenient detection and easy to implement to provide the basis for early intervention and treatment for GDM patients. 3. The difference of gene expression between adipocytes of GDM and normal pregnant women,which was found to preliminarily explore the pathogenesis of GDM.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.人工受孕；
2.双胎；
3.未进行正规产检；
4.孕前明确诊断为糖尿病或高血压；
5.患有严重肝肾功能损害、心功能不全、脂肪肝、胰腺疾病、恶性肿瘤、其他影响血糖、血压的疾病；
6.服用影响血糖的药物如糖皮质激素、甲状腺激素、干扰素、噻嗪类利尿剂、苯妥英钠等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Artificial pregnancy;
2. Twin;
3. Failure to conduct regular prenatal examination;
4. diabetes or hypertension was definitely diagnosed before pregnancy;
5. Suffer from severe liver and kidney function damage, cardiac insufficiency, fatty liver, pancreatic disease, malignant tumor, and other diseases that affect blood sugar and blood pressure;
6. Take drugs that affect blood glucose, such as glucocorticoid, thyroid hormone, interferon, thiazide diuretics, phenytoin sodium, etc.
