通过分析ASD儿童肠道微生态特点,评价益生菌对ASD儿童认知行为的影响,监测益生菌对ASD儿童肠道微生态、免疫功能的调节作用,揭示影响益生菌干预效果的相关因素及关键环节,并评估益生菌干预的临床安全性,探索适合中国患儿的益生菌干预方法,为将来益生菌的推广应用提供数据支持。  

Objectives of Study:

By analyzing the characteristics of the intestinal microecology of children with ASD, evaluate the impact of probiotics on the cognitive behavior of children with ASD, monitor the regulation of probiotics on the intestinal microecology and immune function of ASD children, and reveal the relevant factors and key factors that affect the effect of probiotics intervention It also evaluates the clinical safety of probiotic intervention, explores probiotic intervention methods suitable for children in China, and provides data support for the promotion and application of probiotics in the future.

患有其他精神疾病、颅脑器质性疾病、严重肝肾疾病、心血管疾病等的患儿。

Exclusion criteria:

Children with other mental diseases, craniocerebral organic diseases, severe liver and kidney diseases, cardiovascular diseases, autoimmune diseases, etc..
