研究目的：

评价腹腔镜经括约肌间切除术治疗低位直肠癌患者的安全性和有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the operative, oncologic, functional and quality of life outcomes after laparoscopic intersphincteric resection in low rectal cancer patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1) 术前评估提示肿瘤侵犯肛提肌、耻骨直肠肌或肛门外括约肌；2) T4肿瘤侵犯周围脏器；3) T4或N+患者CRT治疗后肿瘤无缓解，预期CRM阳性者；4) 术前病理分化程度为低分化或未分化；5) 术前存在明显肛门失禁，Wexner失禁评分≥ 10分；6) 已发生远处脏器多发转移的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Tumor invading the levator ani or external sphincter;
2) Tumor direct invasion into adjacent organs (clinical T4);
3) T3-4 or N+ cancers did not respond to neoadjuvant treatment, and the circumferential resection margin was suspected positive;
4) Poor or undifferentiated tumors;
5) The presence of preoperative fecal incontinence(Wexner incontinence score >10);
6) Multiple metastases in distant organs.
