研究目的：

1. 编写适合我国进食障碍患者的DBT操作手册； 2. 通过一项随机单盲、平行对照研究进一步验证操作程式指导下DBT对进食障碍患者的干预效果

Objectives of Study：

1. To compile DBT manual for patients with eating disorders in China; 2. A randomized, single-blind, parallel controlled study will be conducted to further verify the efficacy of DBT based on the manual in patients with eating disorder

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 伴严重自伤自杀观念及行为的患者； 2. 共病严重的躯体疾病、物质滥用、合并神经发育障碍，抽动障碍、精神分裂症及其他精神病性障碍； 3. 伴痴呆、盲和聋哑残疾； 4. 入组前3月之内接受过无抽搐电痉挛治疗者（MECT）； 5. 不能配合完成测验及干预者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe self-injurious suicidal ideation and behavior; 2. Co-morbid severe physical illness, substance abuse, comorbid neurodevelopmental disorders, tic disorders, schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders; 3. With dementia, blindness and deafness disability; 4. Those who have received twitch-free electroconvulsive therapy (MECT) within 3 months prior to enrollment; 5. Those who could not cooperate to complete the test and intervention.
