研究目的：

本研究为前瞻队列研究： 1、建立代谢、免疫及遗传学相关慢性肾脏病（CKD）患者队列； 2、建立尿液外泌体检查方法；建立并完善肾脏功能MRI及CT检查方法（均不用造影剂）； 3、评估生物标志物、影像学改变对肾脏预后的预测作用。  

Objectives of Study：

This study is a prospective cohort study: 1.To establish a cohort of patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD); 2.To establish a method for the examination of urine exosome, and to establish an imaging method of renal functional MRI and CT examination (without contrast agent); 3.To evaluate the predictive effect of biological and imaging biomarkers on renal prognosis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.导致肾脏体积或皮质体积改变的其他疾病：肾结石、肾积水、肾动脉狭窄和肾脏肿瘤等；
2.有行MRI或CT检查禁忌；
3.妊娠或哺乳期患者；
4.生命体征不稳定，其他系统功能衰竭或恶液质患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with other comorbidities that could affect the volume or the components of the kidney, such as renal cysts, polycystic kidney disease, medullary sponge kidney, hydronephrosis, renal artery stenosis, renal vein thrombosis and/or renal tumors;
2.Contraindications for MRI examination;
3.Pregnant or lactation patients;
4.Patients with unstable vital signs, failure of other organs or dysphoria.
