研究目的：

主要目的：研究比较在邻近术区的基部获取自体骨块和从颏部或者下颌伸获得自体骨块进行onlay植骨结合GBR技术下水平骨增量的效果。研究假设是骨块的不同来源不会影响骨增量效果。对患者而言，原位获得自体骨块，减少了第二术区的开劈，可以大大降低术后并发症的发生。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: to compare the effects of onlay bone grafting combined with GBR technique for horizontal bone augmentation with autologous bone grafts obtained from the base of adjacent surgical site and autologous bone grafts obtained from chin or mandibular extension.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.精神心理疾患；
2.骨质疏松或其他营养代谢不良疾病；
3.造血系统、消化系统或自身免疫系统疾病；
4.高或中度机能亢进；
5.妊娠期或哺乳期；
6.酒精或药物成瘾性患者；
7.大量吸烟者（＞10支/天）；
8.5年内有头颈部放射治疗史；
9.未治疗的牙周炎；
10.即刻摘除原有种植体后的患者；
11.全口出血及菌斑指数≥25%；
12.无法常规复诊。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Mental and psychological disorders;
2. Osteoporosis or other malnutrition and metabolism diseases;
3. Diseases of hematopoietic system, digestive system or autoimmune system;
4. High or moderate hyperactivity;
5. During pregnancy or lactation;
6. Patients with alcohol or drug addiction;
7. Heavy smokers (>10 cigarettes/day);
8. A history of head and neck radiotherapy within 5 years;
9. Untreated periodontitis;
10. Patients after immediate removal of the original implant;
11. Full mouth bleeding and plaque index >= 25%;
12. Routine follow-up visits cannot be performed.
