研究目的：

主要目的： 1.探讨急性缺血性脑卒中引起中枢性视觉通路受损后的重塑机制； 2.分析视觉中枢重塑过程在功能磁共振及高密度脑电图上的表现，为中枢性视觉通路重塑提供可行的评估手段； 3.分析视觉中枢重塑与生物标记物和炎性因子的影响，从分子生物学水平为视觉中枢重塑提供机制依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: 1. To explore the remodeling mechanism of central visual pathway after the damage of acute ischemic stroke; 2. To analyze the function of the process of visual central remodeling in fMR and high-density EEG, and provide a feasible evaluation method for the reconstruction of central visual pathway; 3. To analyze the effects of visual center remodeling, biomarkers and inflammatory factors, and provide mechanism basis for visual center remodeling from molecular biology level.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.　出血性脑卒中；
2.　GCS评分≤5分；
3.　发病前存在残障者（改良MRS评分＞2分）；
4.　发病前存在视神经萎缩者；
5.　发病前眼底镜检查视乳头及黄斑区结构异常；
6.　妊娠期妇女；
7.　任何无法进行磁共振检查的情况（如：金属物置入，幽闭症、意识不清难以配合等）；
8.　合并严重的心、肝、肺、肾等重要脏器功能损害或严重精神障碍（HCT-CI评分≥3分）；
9. 合并其他严重疾病而存活期＜90天。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Hemorrhagic stroke;
2. GCS score <= 5;
3. Patients with disability before onset (modified Mrs score > 2 points);
4. There was optic atrophy before onset;
5. The structure of optic papilla and macular area was abnormal before onset;
6. Pregnant women;
7. Any situation that can not be examined by MRI (such as metal implantation, claustrophobia, unconsciousness, etc.);
8. Severe heart, liver, lung, kidney and other important organ dysfunction or severe mental disorders (hct-ci score >= 3 points);
9. Combined with other serious diseases, the survival time was less than 90 days.
