研究目的：

研究自体甲状腺片移植物短期（术后24周）存活的概率，寻找影响自体甲状旁腺移植物成活相关因素，研究自体甲状旁腺移植物成活时间、发挥最大功能时间、发挥功能持续时间等;研究自体甲状旁腺移植物长期存活（术后2年及5年）的概率及其影响因素。

Objectives of Study：

A ratio of 1.5 or greater in parathyroid hormone measurement between the grafted and non-grafted arms has been generally accepted as proof of graft function. To identify the success rate of graft function and the risk factors associated with graft function of parathyroid autotransplantion in thyroidectomy in short-term (24 weeks postoperatively) and long-term (2 years and 5 years postoperatively).

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）术前伴甲状腺机能亢进；（2）术前有甲状旁腺功能异常；（3）肘部静脉不能顺利采血患者；（4）患者要求退出试验.

Exclusion criteria：

1. with concomitant Graves disease preoperatively;
2. with hyper- or hypoparathyroidism preoperatively;
3. with difficult venous blood collection;
4. participants to exit the test.
