研究目的：

明确我国多地MSM人群的CT/NG及HPV初筛阳性率； 明确直肠性病自采样与医疗机构采样检验结果的一致性及Cohen’s Kappa系数； 掌握直肠性病自采样的接受率、筛查阳性者的就医确诊率及阻碍因素； 获得每例直肠性病自采样可减少的性病延迟就医损失的健康寿命年及医疗成本。  

Objectives of Study：

To determine the positive rates of CT/NG and HPV screening among MSM in China; To determine the consistency between the results of self-collected samples and medical professional-collected samples and the Cohen's kappa coefficient; To master the acceptance rate of anal self-collected samples for sexually transmitted infections, the diagnosis rate and obstacles to treatment of patients with positive results; To obtain the reduced loss of health life years and medical costs due to delay in treatment for STIs in each case who uses anal self-collected samples for STIs.
