研究目的：

评价环泊酚注射液与丙泊酚相比，在门诊无痛人流手术患者中的麻醉效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the anesthesia effect of Ciprofol injection compared with propofol in outpatients with painless abortion surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.具有全麻禁忌症者或既往曾出现过麻醉意外史者；
2.既往有阴道分娩史；
3.子宫解剖异常或其他严重的器质性疾病；
4.早孕反应严重尿酮体2+以上者；
5.患者在3个月内存在人工流产史；
6.已知或怀疑对丙泊酚注射液、环泊酚注射液辅料、苯二氮卓类药物、阿片类药物、肌松药等过敏或禁忌者；
7.急性上呼吸道感染、哮喘发作期或者急性重症喉部疾病的患者；
8.有胃肠道病史：胃肠道潴留、活动性出血、可能导致返流误吸等情况；
9.呼吸功能不全、阻塞性肺部疾病、存在困难气道或被判定为气管插管困难（改良马氏评分为III级或IV级）；
10.未控制的高血压、低血压和糖尿病；
11.严重心率失常，心力衰竭，不稳定心绞痛、心肌梗死者等；
12.严重肝功能障碍或严重肾功能不全；
13.酗酒史或药物依赖史；
14.滥用或长期应用麻醉、镇静、镇痛药物；
15.既往有精神疾病史者；
16.筛选前1个月内参加过任何药物临床试验者；
17.研究者认为具有任何其他不宜参加此试验因素的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who have general anesthesia contraindications or have a history of anesthesia accidents in the past;
2. Past history of vaginal delivery;
3. Abnormal uterine anatomy or other serious organic diseases;
4. Severe urinary ketone body 2+ or more in early pregnancy;
5. The patient has a history of artificial abortion within 3 months;
6. Known or suspected allergies or contraindications to propofol injection, cyclopofol injection excipients, benzodiazepines, opioids, muscle relaxants, etc.;
7. Patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection, asthma attack or acute severe throat disease;
8. Have a history of gastrointestinal diseases: gastrointestinal retention, active bleeding, possible reflux and aspiration, etc.;
9. Respiratory insufficiency, obstructive lung disease, difficult airway or difficult tracheal intubation (modified Markov score is III or IV);
10. Uncontrolled hypertension, hypotension and diabetes;
11. Severe arrhythmia, heart failure, unstable angina, myocardial infarction, etc.;
12. Severe liver dysfunction or severe renal insufficiency;
13. History of alcoholism or drug dependence;
14. Abuse or long-term use of narcotic, sedative, and analgesic drugs;
15. Those who have a history of mental illness;
16. Those who have participated in any drug clinical trial within 1 month before screening;
17. The investigator believes that there are any other subjects who are not suitable to participate in this trial.
