评估健康成人对含有麦芽糖醇和聚葡萄糖饼干的短期消化耐受性。  

Objectives of Study:

Objective to evaluate the short-term digestive tolerance of healthy adults to biscuits containing maltitol and polydextrose.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.定期服用处方药或实验前两周内服用过不适合本次研究的药物;
2.经前紧张或经期食欲变化显著的女性;
3.孕妇和哺乳期女性;
4.在试验期间可能接收任何手术;
5.在过去一个月内参加过任何其他试验性调查研究;
6.男性每天饮酒的酒精量超过25g,女性超过15g;
7.每天抽烟超过4支;
8.3个月内有抗生素或泻药使用史。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Regularly taking prescription drugs or taking drugs that are not suitable for this study within two weeks before the experiment;
2. Women who are nervous before menstruation or have significant changes in appetite during menstruation;
3. Pregnant and lactating women;
4. May receive any surgery during the trial period;
5. Participated in any other experimental investigations in the past month;
6. Men drink more than 25g of alcohol per day, and women drink more than 15g;
7. Smoke more than 4 cigarettes a day;
8. A history of antibiotics or laxative use within 8.3 months.
