研究目的：

本研究拟通过ANT程序及CAM量表来观察术前口服碳水化合物对老年患者术后认知功能的影响，进一步探究其发生机制，为临床提供参考。

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to observe the effect of preoperative oral carbohydrates on postoperative cognitive function of elderly patients through the ANT program and the CAM scale, and to further explore its mechanism to provide clinical reference.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.术前认知功能评价为认知功能损害的患者（改良MMSE <26或MMSE<24且患者的受教育程度在高中以下）。
2.急诊手术患者。
3.既往有胃肠道手术史。胃排空障碍（如胃食道反流、慢性误吸史、胃排空延迟）、消化道梗阻、无法使用肠内制剂的患者。
4.伴随重度心肾功能不全等高危，影响试验安全性评价的患者。
5.精神紊乱、酒精依赖、有药物滥用史人群。
6.过敏体质或既往对多种药物过敏者，对本研究需要的相关制剂过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients whose preoperative cognitive function is assessed as cognitive impairment (modified MMSE <26 or MMSE <24 and the patient's education level is below high school).
2. Emergency surgery patients.
3. Past history of gastrointestinal surgery, and patients with gastric emptying disorders (such as gastroesophageal reflux, history of chronic aspiration, delayed gastric emptying), gastrointestinal obstruction, and patients who cannot use enteral preparations.
4. Patients with high risk of severe cardiorenal insufficiency that affect the safety evaluation of the trial.
5. Patients with mental disorders, alcohol dependence, and drug abuse history.
6. Patients who have allergies or have been allergic to multiple drugs in the past, and those who are allergic to the relevant preparations needed in this study.
