研究目的：

1.明确TIGIT、LAG-3、TREM2在外周血冠心病患者免疫细胞的表达分布规律。 2.明确免疫细胞上表达的TIGIT、LAG-3，TREM2与冠心病患者免疫紊乱、炎症因子等的相关性； 明确与与疾病指标的关系研究。  

Objectives of Study：

1.The expression and distribution of TIGIT, LAG-3 and TREM2 in immune cells of patients with coronary heart disease in peripheral blood were determined; 2.To clarify the correlation between the expression of TIGIT, LAG-3 and TREM2 on immune cells and immune disorders and inflammatory factors in patients with coronary heart disease;To clarify the relationship between and disease indicators.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.明确老年痴呆病史；
2.神经系统性疾病、血液疾病、消化性溃疡、病毒性肝炎、自身免疫疾病、肿瘤；
3.严重感染、严重肝功能不全患者；
4.激素及免疫抑制剂长期接触史；
5.资料不全者。

Exclusion criteria：

The history of Alzheimer's disease, nervous system disease, blood disease, peptic ulcer, viral hepatitis, severe infection, autoimmune disease, tumor, severe liver dysfunction, long-term exposure to hormones and immunosuppressant, and incomplete data were identified.
