研究目的：

1.观察COPD急性加重期呼吸中枢驱动的动态变化以及不同睡眠分期对其的影响； 2.通过多导睡眠检测、肺功能、经皮二氧化碳等指标组合分析COPD急性加重期患者不同睡眠分期的呼吸病理生理特征，并与反映睡眠期呼吸中枢驱动的膈肌肌电检测结果进行关联性分析； 3.总结上述研究结果，深化对COPD急性加重的认识，为AECOPD患者的精准治疗奠定理论基础。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To study the changes of neural respiratory drive in AECOPD patients in different stages of sleep. 2. To analyze the respiratory pathophysiological characteristics of AECOPD patients in different sleep stages by polysomnography, pulmonary function, transcutaneous carbon dioxide and diaphragmatic electromyography. 3. Summarize the above research results, further understand the respiratory physiological changes and provide a theoretical basis to the precise treatment for the AECOPD patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.病情过重或合并其他可能影响研究结果的合并症的患者；
2.需行有创机械通气的患者；合并神经肌肉疾病、哮喘-COPD重叠综合征、OSA-COPD重叠综合征、严重的心血管疾病、肺栓塞、重症肺炎、肺癌、严重的间质性肺炎、严重的肝肾功能不全等的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe illness or other comorbidities that may affect the results of the study;
2. Patients requiring invasive mechanical ventilation; combined with neuromuscular disease, asthma-COPD overlap syndrome, OSA-COPD overlap syndrome, severe cardiovascular disease, pulmonary embolism, severe pneumonia, lung cancer, severe interstitial pneumonia , Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction.
