研究目的：

1.探究脑深部电刺激术后运动障碍类疾病患者运动相关脑功能和脑网络可塑性的改变； 2.探究脑深部电刺激术后运动障碍类疾病患者感觉和认知等脑功能和脑网络可塑性的改变。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To explore motor-related brain function and brain network remodeling in patients with movement disorders after deep brain stimulation; 2.To explore sensor-related and cognition-related brain function and brain network remodeling in patients with movement disorders after deep brain stimulation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有头颅外伤或癫痫病史；
2.具有物质相关及成瘾障碍；或患有其他精神疾病；
3.合并严重的心、肝、肺、肾等重要脏器功能损害；
4.智力低下（MMSE评分文盲<=17分，小学<=20分，初中及以上<=24分）；
5.近1年内曾作为其他临床研究的受试者接受探索性治疗；
6.曾经接受过脑深部电刺激以外的外科治疗手术，如立体定向毁损术、细胞移植、伽马刀等。

Exclusion criteria：

1.With a history of head trauma or epilepsy;
2.Substance related addiction disorders; Or other mental illness;
3.Complicated with serious functional impairment of heart, liver, lung, kidney and other important organs;
4.Low intelligence (MMSE score: illiteracy <=17 points, primary school graduate <= 20 points, middle school graduate and above <=24 points);
5.Have received exploratory therapy as a subject in other clinical studies in the past 1 year;
6.Have received surgical treatment other than deep brain stimulation, such as stereotactic damage, cell transplantation, gamma knife, etc..

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

由临床神经内科医师填写病例记录表，由研究专员将病例记录表信息及各检查结果纸质版储存于指定专柜中，并录入电子数据库。

Case Record Form was filled by neurologists，participants' information and data from CRF and different examinations were input by research assistant.The original hard copies were stored in filing cabinets with lockers.
