研究目的：

1.探索并证实4D Auto VQ及STI技术早期评估HFpEF患者早期左室收缩受损的临床价值，揭示左室功能真实受损情况，为HFpEF患者的诊断指标提供新思路； 2.研究HFpEF患者左房储存期、通道期、收缩期三个时相4D-LAEF变化特点，并使用STI技术LA-GLS、LA-PSD、LA-TPLS证实左房在左室收缩功能受损前所发生的结构和功能的异常。为HFpEF患者的早期规范诊断及治疗提供新方法。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Explore and confirm the clinical value of 4D Auto VQ and STI technology in early assessment of early left ventricular contraction impairment in patients with HFpEF, reveal the true impairment of left ventricular function, and provide new ideas for the diagnosis of HFpEF patients; 2.To study the characteristics of 4D-LAEF changes in the three phases of left atrial storage period, passage period, and systole in patients with HFpEF, and use STI techniques LA-GLS, LA-PSD, and LA-TPLS to confirm that the left atrium is before the left ventricular systolic function is impaired. The structural and functional abnormalities that have occurred. Provide a new method for the early standardized diagnosis and treatment of HFpEF patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.原发肺动脉高压；
2.严重肺疾病；
3.不稳定的冠脉疾病,急性冠脉综合征；
4.先天性心脏病；
5.持续性心律失常；
6.心瓣膜病,心瓣膜手术后,严重心瓣膜钙化；
7.严重肾脏病；
8.严重肝脏疾病；
9.起搏器术后；
10.心包疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Primary pulmonary hypertension;
2. Severe lung disease;
3. Unstable coronary artery disease, acute coronary syndrome;
4. Congenital heart disease;
5. Persistent arrhythmia;
6. Heart valve disease, severe heart valve calcification after heart valve surgery;
7. Severe kidney disease;
8. Severe liver disease;
9. Pacemaker surgery;
10. Pericardial disease.
