本研究拟建立以中国人群为基础的右美托咪定靶控输注系统，并评价其临床应用准确性。

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to establish a Chinese population-based target controlled infusion system of dexmedetomidine and evaluate its clinical application accuracy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.术前长期服用镇静镇痛剂患者；
2.心肺功能不全患者；
3.怀孕或哺乳期患者；
4.肥胖患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who take sedative analgesics for a long time before surgery;
2. Patients with cardiopulmonary insufficiency;
3. Pregnant or lactating patients;
4. Obese patients.
