利用前瞻性临床随机对照试验的方法研究经脐单孔腹腔镜半肾切除术与传统开放手术相比较治疗儿童重复肾输尿管畸形的可行性、安全性和疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the outcome of Transumbilical Single-Incision Laparoendoscopic with Conventional Open Surgery for duplex kidney in children by a prospective randomized study.
