研究目的：

在肠外联合肠内营养治疗基础上，根据临床客观指标，患者胃肠功能、心理应激状态，制定适合围手术期精准、个体化营养治疗方案。实现多学科交叉，预计在相关专业期刊发表论文两篇。制订我院专属临床营养治疗路径。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the combination of parenteral nutrition and clinical objective indicators, the gastrointestinal function and psychological stress state of patients were used to formulate a precise and individualized nutrition treatment plan suitable for perioperative period. It is expected to publish two papers in relevant professional journals. To develop the exclusive clinical nutrition treatment pathway in our hospital.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

严重内分泌和代谢性疾病、其他恶性肿瘤、血液系统疾病、慢性心肺功能不全、严重肝肾功能障碍；术中异常出血量；术后严重并发症的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Severe endocrine and metabolic diseases, other malignant tumors, hematological diseases, chronic cardiopulmonary insufficiency, and severe liver and kidney dysfunction were excluded; Abnormal blood loss during operation; Patients with severe postoperative complications.
