研究目的：

通过青少年抑郁障碍队列，随访观察青少年抑郁障碍的症状演变轨迹、诊断变迁及功能结局，探索青少年抑郁障碍早期诊断和预后预测的生物标记物，揭示该病的遗传学发病机制，为建立早期预警、早期诊断、早期干预提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This cohort tracks longitudinally a large number of adolescent presenting for depression disorder, It will provide detailed information about variations in the trajectory of symptoms, diagnosis and functional outcome over a prolonged follow-up period.As well as,it aims to explore the biomarkers in early diagnosis and prediction of prognosis. Furthermore,we try to investigate the genetic pathogenesis of the adolescent depression. aims to provide scientific basis for establishing early warning, early diagnosis and early intervention.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患者组：
（1）神经系统疾病，脑器质性疾病及躯体疾病所致精神障碍；
（2）ADHD以外的发育障碍，包括：智商IQ≤70或精神发育迟滞，孤独谱系障碍，明显的读写障碍,抽动障碍等；
（3）患病以前有任何精神活性物质使用、滥用或依赖；
（4）严重的活动性躯体疾病。
2.正常对照组：
（1）有精神障碍家族史；
（2）中枢神经系统疾病；
（3）严重的活动性躯体疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patient group:
(1) Nervous system diseases, brain organic diseases and mental disorders caused by physical diseases;
(2) Developmental disorders other than ADHD, including: IQ <=70 or mental retardation, autism spectrum disorder, obvious dyslexia, tic disorder, etc.;
(3) Any psychoactive substance use, abuse or dependence before the illness;
(4) Severe active physical disease.
2. Normal control group:
(1) Have a family history of mental disorders;
(2) Central nervous system diseases;
(3) Severe active physical disease.
