研究目的：

对临床上使用各类治疗方法的再生障碍性贫血患者的病情、治疗方案、疗效不良反应等进行登记，形成临床数据库，以便进行进一步研究。  

Objectives of Study：

To register the condition, therapeutic regimen, curative effect and adverse event of patients with aplastic anemia who used various therapeutic methods to form a clinical database for further study.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 先天骨髓衰竭性疾病、骨髓增殖性肿瘤等疾病；
2. 存在其他克隆性疾病，如：MDS、AML、PNH等；
3. 存在其他严重疾病，如重要脏器功能的严重损害：呼吸衰竭、心力衰竭、失代偿期肝功能不全、肾功能不全等；
4. 已知HIV血清学阳性者；
5. 伴发自身免疫性溶血性贫血或免疫性血小板减少症；
6. 有精神疾病或其他疾病，无法完全配合试验治疗或随访要求。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients suffered from congenital bone marrow failure disease, myeloproliferative neoplasms and so on;
2. Patients were with clonal hematopoiesis, such as myelodysplastic syndromes, acute myeloid leukemia, paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria, etc.;
3. Patients were with severe organ damages: respiratory failure, uncontrolled heart disease or congestive heart failure, decompensated liver insufficiency, renal insufficiency, etc.;
4. Patients were sero-positive for HIV;
5. Men or women developed autoimmune hemolytic anemia or immune thrombocytopenia;
6. Patients with mental disorders or other illnesses, were unable to fully comply with trial treatment or follow-up requirements.
