研究目的：

本研究为前瞻性序贯临床队列研究。本研究旨在探讨不同孕期妇女便秘发生发展过程中肠道菌群、代谢产物及激素水平的相关性，以及妊娠期便秘对后代肠道菌群的影响，为后续孕妇便秘诊断及干预提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study is a prospective sequential clinical cohort study.This study aims to explore the correlation between intestinal flora, metabolites and hormone levels in different pregnant women during the occurrence and development of constipation, as well as the influence of constipation during different gestation periods on the intestinal flora of offspring, so as to provide a basis for the diagnosis and intervention of constipation in pregnant women.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往有任何全身性、内分泌性或泌尿系统疾病、及其他疾病或药物等导致的便秘、以及患有妊娠并发症的孕妇;
2.近期(1周)服用益生菌制品或长期食用酸奶、益生菌饮料；
3.近期(1周)或长期使用抗生素。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pregnant women with internal or urinary disorders,constipation caused by diseases or medications, and pregnancy complications;
2.Recently (1 week) take probiotic products or long-term consumption of yogurt, probiotic drinks;
3.Recently (1 week) or long-term use of antibiotics.
