研究目的：

1.利用互联网+科研思维，建立认知功能损害患者数据库。该数据库纳入了 6种认知功能损害疾病，按照数据库模块对神经内科普通门诊、记忆门诊及睡眠障碍门诊确诊为认知功能损害的患者进行登记。 2.利用该数据库高级检索功能进行筛查分析轻度认知功能损害( mild cognitive impairment, MCI)患者存在睡眠障碍的比例、发生相关因素、严重程度，并通过分析不同认知域损害的多导睡眠图（polysomnography, PSG），探索MCI患者睡眠障碍的特征，并探讨MCI患者睡眠障碍与转归之间的关系，为MCI和阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer disease, AD)患者睡眠障碍的早期识别和治疗，以及更好的预防MCI转化为AD提供客观的临床依据，以延缓患者疾病的进展，及改善患者的生存质量。

Objectives of Study：

1. Use Internet + scientific research thinking to establish a database of patients with cognitive impairment.Six cognitive impairment diseases were included in the database, and patients diagnosed with cognitive impairment were registered according to the database module in the Department of Neurology General Clinic, the Memory Clinic and the Sleep Disorders Clinic. 2. The advanced retrieval function of this database was used to screen and analyze the proportion, related factors and severity of sleep impairment in patients with mild cognitive impairment (MCI). Through the analysis of polysomnography (PSG) of different cognitive domain damage, to explore the characteristics of sleep disorders in patients with MCI, and to explore the relationship between sleep disorders and outcomes in patients with MCI. It provides objective clinical basis for the early identification and treatment of sleep disorders in patients with MCI and Alzheimer's disease (AD), as well as better prevention of the conversion of MCI to AD, so as to delay the progression of the disease and improve the quality of life of patients.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

具有脑血管病(脑梗塞、脑出血)、高脂血症、糖尿病、高血压病、冠心病、甲状腺功能障碍、癫痫、帕金森病、营养不良、长期腹泻、严重的肝肾功能不全、一氧化碳中毒、颅脑外伤、酒精中毒、青光眼、白内障、双目失明、精神疾病等。

Exclusion criteria：

With cerebrovascular disease (cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage), hyperlipidemia, diabetes, hypertension, coronary heart disease, thyroid disorders, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, malnutrition, chronic diarrhea, severe liver and kidney function is not complete, carbon monoxide poisoning, craniocerebral trauma, alcoholism, glaucoma, cataract, blind, and mental illness.
