研究目的:

1.探寻不同频率节律性听觉刺激(RAS)对帕金森病患者的上肢运动功能的即时效应; 2.探寻RAS在健康人群和帕金森病患者中对上肢运动功能的影响; 3.探寻RAS对不同上肢运动任务(左手、右手和双手活动)的影响效果。  

Objectives of Study:

1.To investigate the immediate effects of different frequency of rhythmic auditory stimulation (RAS) on upper-limb movement in patients with Parkinson's disease; 2.To investigate the effects of RAS on upper limb motor function in healthy people and patients with Parkinson's disease; 3.To explore the effect of RAS on different upper limb motor tasks (left, right and two-handed).

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

在试验前,嘱受试者使用分别使用左手、右手和双手完成普渡钉板测试(Purdue Pegboard Test)测试,每种测试任务进行3次取平均值,以确定每个任务的RAS基线频率。基线频率BPM=2N(N为3次测试结果平均值)。RAS提示音将由手机软件“节拍器”产生。 受试者按照分配好的试验顺序依次在完成3种测试任务(左手、右手和双手)。每种测试任务按照分配好的顺序依次在3个RAS条件(100%、110%和120%RAS基线频率辅助)下完成测试。每种测试进行3次,取平均值。所有测试在RAS辅助下进行,受试者需要在听到声音提示时针钉刚将好放进孔洞中,整个过程中的运动节奏尽量与RAS提示声的节奏吻合。测试与测试间需要给予30秒的休息时间。故平均每次测试需要指导语(约30秒)、测试(30秒)、休息与针钉复位(60秒)时间共约2分钟。每位受试者共有9种测试(3个条件下的3种测试任务),包含27次测试(每种测试进行3次)需要完成,总用时约1小时。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

Before the test, the subjects will be instructed to use the left, right and both hands to complete the Purdue Pegboard Test. Each test task will be performed 3 times and the average was taken to determine the RAS baseline frequency of each task. Baseline frequency BPM=2N (N is the average of 3 test results). The RAS will be generated by the mobile phone software "metronome". The subjects will complete the three test tasks (left hand, right hand and both hands) in sequence according to the assigned test sequence. Each test task will be completed in the 3 RAS conditions (100%, 110% and 120% RAS baseline frequency) according to the assigned order. Each test will be performed 3 times and the average value will be taken. All tests will be carried out with the aid of RAS. Subjects need to put the needle into the hole when they hear the sound prompt. The rhythm of the movement during the whole process will be as close as possible to the rhythm of the RAS prompt. A 30-second rest period will be required between the test and the test. Therefore, on average, each test requires instruction (about 30 seconds), test (30 seconds), rest and acupuncture reset (60 seconds) for a total of about 2 minutes. Each subject has a total of 9 tests (3 test tasks under 3 conditions), including 27 tests (each test is performed 3 times) to be completed, and the total time will be about 1 hour.

1.伴有严重的心、肺、肾系统疾病;
2.其他可能影响手部运动的神经或骨科疾病;
3.严重的听力障碍,无法有效沟通。

Exclusion criteria:

1.With severe heart, lung, and kidney system diseases;
2.Other neurological or orthopedic diseases that may affect hand movement;
3.Severe hearing impairment, unable to communicate effectively.
