研究目的：

本研究预通过蛋白组学确定高灵敏度与特异度的潜在的生物标志物，联合CT诊断，利用人血液样本作为肺癌筛查的辅助试验，以预测肺小结节患者结节癌变风险，提高肺癌患者的筛检率。血清生物标志物因其无创、方便、成本低的特点，可望成为被广泛接受的筛检原发性肺癌及其恶性风险的新方法。  

Objectives of Study：

This study predetermined potential biomarkers with high sensitivity and specificity through proteomics, combined with CT diagnosis, and used human blood samples as an auxiliary test for lung cancer screening, so as to predict the risk of nodular canceration in patients with small pulmonary nodules and improve the screening rate of lung cancer patients. Serum biomarkers are expected to be widely accepted as a new method for screening primary lung cancer and its risk of malignancy due to their noninvasive, convenient and low cost characteristics.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.肺部转移瘤的患者；
2.有身体其他部位肿瘤的患者；
3.不符合血清样本采集标准的患者；
4.合并有严重心、肝、肾等脏器功能障碍疾病；
5.妊娠期、哺乳期女性患者；
6.肺炎或急性呼吸道感染在合格评估前12周内用抗生素治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with lung metastases;
2.Patients with tumors in other parts of the body;
3.Patients who do not meet the standards for serum sample collection;
4.Complicated with severe dysfunction of the heart, liver, kidney and other organs;
5.Pregnancy and lactation female patients;
6.Pneumonia or acute respiratory infection treated with antibiotics within 12 weeks prior to qualifying assessment.
