研究目的：

拟联合上海市上海市第一人民医院、复旦大学附属华山医院等上海5家三级甲等医院建立脓毒症临床专业小组，针对脓毒症特点建立标准诊疗规范和临床路径，依托医联数据采集标准和专病的诊疗体系构建一个脓毒症专病的标准数据库，收集从急诊到监护室的的脓毒症，采集包括患者人口基本信息、合并既往病史、本次治疗方案、实验室检查、临床结局等6个部分，探究对于急诊危重病科脓毒症死亡的高危因素。通过建设申康脓毒症数据库，为提高临床诊疗水平，为后续高质量的临床研究提供证据。  

Objectives of Study：

It is planned to cooperate with Shanghai First People's Hospital of Shanghai and Huashan Hospital affiliated to Fudan University to establish a sepsis clinical professional team in Shanghai, including the Shanghai First People's Hospital, Fudan University Affiliated Huashan Hospital, and establish standard diagnosis and treatment practices and clinical pathways based on the characteristics of sepsis, relying on the data of the Medical Federation Collection standards and diagnosis and treatment system of specific diseases Build a standard database of sepsis specific diseases, collect sepsis from emergency department to intensive care unit, collect basic information including patient population, combined past medical history, current treatment plan, laboratory examination 6 parts including clinical outcomes, exploring the high-risk factors for death from sepsis in the emergency and critical care department. Through the construction of Shenkang sepsis database, to improve the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment, provide evidence for follow-up high-quality clinical research.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.未满18周岁；
2.处于妊娠期；
3.转入ICU后24小时内死亡的；
4.合并有其他免疫抑制的情况：
(1)接受器官移植术后；
(2)HIV阳性；
(3)近期6周内有化疗、放疗病史；
(4)严重的颅脑外伤（GCS＜8分）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Aged under 18 years;
2. During pregnancy;
3. Died within 24 hours after being transferred to the ICU;
4. Combined with other immunosuppressive situations:
(1) After receiving an organ transplant;
(2) HIV positive;
(3) Have a history of chemotherapy and radiotherapy in the recent 6 weeks;
(4) Severe head trauma (GCS < 8 points).
