研究目的：

作为中国的传统医学-针灸，已被世界各地广泛接受。本研究评价针刺对妇科腹腔镜术后患者早期恢复质量的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Acupuncture (AP), a traditional Chinese medicine, is now very popular worldwide. In current study, we assessed the effect of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation (TEAS) on the quality of early recovery in the patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准近期接受针灸治疗，所选穴位感染或受伤，术前1个月内使用过止吐药物、使用阿片类药物治疗慢性疼痛者、有严重的肝肾功能异常、有明显认知功能障碍者、糖尿病及腔镜中转开腹者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria were recent use of TEAS or acupuncture, neural damage or infection along the meridian at which the acupoints lay, use of antiemetic in the previous week, regular use of opioids, hepatic dysfunction, confirmed renal impairment, diabetes mellitus, cognitive dysfunction and conversion to laparotomy during gynecologic laparoscopy.
