研究目的：

1.益生菌产品对慢性便秘患者临床症状的影响； 2.益生菌产品对慢性便秘患者肠道菌群的影响； 3.益生菌产品对慢性便秘患者血清学指标的影响。

Objectives of Study：

1. The effect of probiotic products on clinical symptoms in patients with chronic constipation; 2. The effect of probiotic products on intestinal flora in patients with chronic constipation; 3. The effect of probiotic products on serological indices in patients with chronic constipation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.因其他疾病，功能性排便障碍以及药物等导致的便秘，如：帕金森氏综合症、直肠前膨出盆底痉挛、巨结肠、甲状腺功能低下以及长期服用止痛药物等患者；
2.因嗜酒、药物滥用或精神因素导致观察不能依从者；
3.长期滥用泻药者。
4.估计依从性较差，随访可能性差者；
5.近期(4周)服用益生菌制品或长期食用酸奶、益生菌饮料。
6.近期(4周)或长期使用抗生素。
7.对试验益生菌产品的成分过敏或不耐受。
8.怀孕或哺乳期妇女，或计划在研究期间妊娠或哺乳的妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Constipation due to other diseases, functional defecation disorders and medications, such as: Parkinson's syndrome, anterior rectal distention pelvic floor spasm, megacolon, hypothyroidism and patients on long-term pain medication.
2. Those who cannot comply with observation due to alcoholism, substance abuse or psychiatric factors.
3. Patients with chronic laxative abuse.
4. Patients who are estimated to have poor compliance and poor follow-up possibilities
5. Recent (4 weeks) consumption of probiotic products or long-term consumption of yogurt or probiotic drinks.
6. Recent (4 weeks) or long-term use of antibiotics.
7. Allergy or intolerance to the ingredients of the tested probiotic product.
8. Pregnant or breastfeeding women, or women who plan to become pregnant or breastfeed during the study period.
