1. To study the consistency of EGFR mutation in tumor and blood; 2. To demonstrate the clinical value of circulating tumor cells for the effect evaluation of lung cancer; 3. association between response of TKIs treatment and EGFR mutation in blood and tumor.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有严重的出血性疾病；2.依从性差，不能配合随访者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. With severe hemorrhagic disease;
2. Compliance is poor, can't cooperate with the visitor.
