研究目的：

本课题以蒙医温针对原发性失眠症的治疗作用为切入点进行的临床试验。我们使用多导睡眠检测(包括脑电图，心电图和眼动图)，血液荷尔蒙指标(包括促肾上腺皮质激素, 肾上腺皮质醇, 褪黑激素)和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数三种检测手段来评估蒙医温针治疗失眠症的效用。

Objectives of Study：

This research is aimed to explore the effect of Mongolian Warm Needle acupuncture for the treatment of insomnia. Polysomnography (including electroencephalogram, electrocardiogram, and electrooculogram), serum hormones (including cortisol, ACTH, and melotonin), and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index are to be used to evaluate the treatment effects of Mongolian Warm Needle acupuncture for insomnia.

1.孕妇，哺乳期女性；
2.严重抑郁症患者、可能影响本次研究的其他严重疾病。

2. Patients with severe depression or other severe diseases which may influenced this study.

利用SAS 9.2统计学软件生成由120个随机数组成的分组数列。根据性别分层随机。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

An independent researcher who will not be involved in this research produces 120 random numbers and divides the 120 numbers into 2 allocation sequences using SAS 9.2 software, with one sequence of 60 numbers for male subjects, and the other sequence of 60 numbers for female subjects.

盲法：	参与本项目的研究者包括四名针灸师和三名结局指标评估人员。虽然4名针灸师知晓真针灸和假针灸的区别，但是针灸师不能对受试者和评估者透漏治疗分组和治疗效果的信息。三名评估人员对受试者的分组不知情。
Blinding：	Though the 4 acupuncturists can differentiate between real and sham acupuncture, they are not allowed to reveal information about treatment allocation or treatment outcomes to both the subjects and assessors. 3 assessors are blinded to treatment allocation.
