研究目的：

1.检验有氧运动、抗阻运动干预对认知障碍（AD及MCI）老人认知功能等的影响； 2.初步探讨运动干预对认知障碍（AD及MCI）老人认知功能影响的作用机制； 3.形成适合我国社区认知障碍（AD及MCI）老人的居家运动干预方案。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To test the effects of aerobic exercise and resistance exercise interventions on cognitive function in people with Alzheimer's disease (AD) or mild cognitive impairment(MCI); 2.To explore the potential effects mechanisms of exercise interventions on cognitive function of people with AD or MCI; 3.To develop an appropriate home-based exercise program for Chinese community elderly people.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重躯体障碍的患者：
(1)严重心肺功能不全的患者：如NYHA心功能分级Ⅲ级或Ⅳ级的心衰患者；急性冠状动脉综合征；室性律失常；急性心肌炎和心包炎等;或者过去6个月存在不稳定的临床症状，如骨折、深静脉血栓、未愈合的溃疡（尤其是糖尿病患者）、关节肿胀等；
(2)骨质疏松风险级别高的患者（OSTA＜-4）；
(3)严重听力、视力障碍（无法完成MMSE量表）；
2.合并有严重的 脑血管疾病（如脑卒中）、重度精神疾病（如重度抑郁： HAMD≥24分）、严重肝肾疾病、癌症、酒精或药物依赖的患者；
3.服用认知症治疗相关药物（如：艾斯能，安理申，美金刚等）小于3个月，病情处于不稳定期的患者；以及每日服用其他影响认知的药物（如抗精神病药物、抗胆碱类药物）的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe physical impairment:
(1) Patients with severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency: such as NYHA heart function class III or IV heart failure patients; acute coronary syndrome; ventricular arrhythmia; acute myocarditis and pericarditis; or the past 6 months Stable clinical symptoms, such as fractures, deep vein thrombosis, unhealed ulcers (especially in diabetic patients), joint swelling, etc.;
(2) Patients with high risk of osteoporosis (OSTA < -4);
(3) Severe hearing and vision impairment (unable to complete the MMSE scale);
2. Patients with severe cerebrovascular disease (such as stroke), severe mental illness (such as severe depression: HAMD >= 24 points), severe liver and kidney disease, cancer, alcohol or drug dependence;
3. Patients who have taken drugs related to dementia treatment (such as Exelen, Arrisen, Memantine, etc.) for less than 3 months and whose condition is in an unstable phase; and take other drugs that affect cognition (such as antipsychotics) every day Drugs, anticholinergic drugs).

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

采用纸质版问卷以及问卷星方式收集数据；电子版数据使用Excel、SPSS软件录入管理。
