研究目的：

探索增加踝关节应探索增加踝关节应力训练联合踝对策平衡训练与传统肌力训练对老年平衡功能障碍患者的康复疗效对比。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of the balance training with ankle stress and ankle stradegy compared to lower extremities strength training for the elderly with balance dysfunction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有严重神经系统、心血管系统疾病者，有器质性前庭功能障碍者；
2.认知功能障碍者；
3.治疗期间服用降压、精神类药物等致明显眩晕者；
4.下肢肢体或皮肤不完整者；
5.下肢肌力≤1级者；
6.有糖尿病周围神经病变或糖尿病足者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with severe nervous system and cardiovascular system diseases, and those with organic vestibular dysfunction;
2. People with cognitive impairment;
3. Those who have taken antihypertensive or psychotropic drugs during treatment and have caused obvious dizziness;
4. Incomplete lower limbs or skin;
5. Lower limb muscle strength <= 1 grade;
6. People with diabetic peripheral neuropathy or diabetic foot.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入病例报告表，录入采用相应的数据库系统双人双机录入，之后对数据库进行两遍比对，电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上，妥善保存，防止破坏。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

According to the original observation records of the subjects, the researchers loaded the data into the case report form in a timely, complete, correct and clear manner, and input the data into the corresponding database system with two persons and two computers. After that, the database was compared twice, and the electronic data files were classified and saved, and multiple backups were saved on different disks or recording media, which were properly preserved to prevent damage.
