研究目的:

本研究希望通过多维度的评估方式对不同阶段的认知障碍患者进行科学的认知训练干预,以期达到延缓记忆下降甚至改善记忆的效果。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to delay memory decline or even improve memory by carrying out scientific cognitive training in patients with cognitive impairment in different stages through multi-dimensional evaluation.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.诊断为非AD型痴呆;
2.CDR评分大于1分;
3.伴有可能导致脑功能紊乱的躯体和精神疾患;
4.视力或听力下降不能达到训练条件;
5.其他因素导致的无法配合进行认知训练者。

Exclusion criteria:

1.Non-AD dementia was diagnosed;
2.CDR score > 1;
3.With physical and mental disorders that may lead to brain dysfunction;
4.Vision or hearing loss cannot meet training conditions;
5.Other factors that lead to inability to coordinate cognitive training.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

通过CRF表来收集数据,神经心理测试结果将录入电子表格,所有数据统一管理。
