Objectives of Study：

Aim is compares the effects of psychological capital intervention based on group counseling and self-help psychological capital intervention training based on WeChat on promoting innovative behavior through class experiment research.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、进修护士；
2、干预期间未在本科室工作的护士（如：轮转进修、病事假等）；
3、辅助科室、行政及后勤部门的在职护士。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Training nurses;
2. Nurses who didn't work in their own department during the intervention period (such as rotation training, sick leave, etc.);
3. On-the-job nurses in auxiliary departments, administrative departments and logistics departments.
