研究目的：

1. 明确计算机化认知行为治疗前后多模态脑影像的变化，探讨计算机化认知行为治疗对抑郁症患者的效果； 2. 探讨计算机化认知行为治疗对焦虑、睡眠、记忆、认知功能等次要结局的效果； 3. 从生物、遗传、影像学角度出发，探讨计算机化认知行为治疗改善抑郁的神经生物学机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To test the effect of computerized cognitive behavioral therapy on depression and evaluate changes of multimodal brain images before and after treatment; 2. To test the effect of computerized cognitive behavioral therapy on anxiety, sleep, memory, and cognition; 3. To find the biopsychology mechanisms of computerized cognitive behavioral therapy for depression.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 重大疾病史；
2. 神经系统异常的疾病史，包括头部创伤（明确的≥5分钟的意识丧失），癫痫发作，脑血管性疾病或脑瘤，以及神经变性性疾病；
3. 存在明确的自杀意念或行为；
4. IQ总分低于70；
5. 怀孕；
6. 实验前有酒精或毒品依赖至少一周；
7. 磁共振扫描禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Concomitant major medical disorders;
2. Neurological disorders or history of head trauma with loss of consciousness for >= 5 min;seizures, cerebrovascular diseases or brain tumors, and neurodegenerative diseases;
3. Suicidal ideation or suicidal attempt;
4. IQ < 70;
5. Pregnancy;
6. Substance/alcohol abuse or dependence for at least one week before the experiment;
7. MRI contraindications.
