研究目的：

本研究基于社会互动理论及“共建共治共享”理念，借助多学科交叉的研究方法和数据分析手段，对居家失能老年人家庭与社区支持进行多维纵向研究，深入剖析家庭与社区支持的影响因素，构建家庭与社区支持的互动方案，并为重视家庭核心功能、提高社区参与水平提供科学的对策建议。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the theory of social interaction and the concept of "co construction, CO governance and sharing", with the help of interdisciplinary research methods and data analysis methods, this study conducted a mixed research on family and community support for the disabled elderly at home, deeply analyzed the influencing factors of family and community support, and constructed an interactive scheme of family and community support.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

失能老人排除标准：
1.有精神系统疾病或精神病史者；
2.严重肝、肾等疾病的终末期病人；
3.近期经历其他重大生活事件者。
家庭照护者排除标准：
1.既往有精神疾病和认知障碍；
2.不同意接受调查者。
社区工作人员排除标准：
1.休假不能参与调查者；
2.不愿意参与调查者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria for disabled elderly:
1. Those who have a history of mental illness or mental illness;
2. End-stage patients with severe liver and kidney diseases;
3. Those who have recently experienced other major life events.
Exclusion criteria for family caregivers:
1. Past mental illness and cognitive impairment;
2. Those who do not agree to be surveyed.
Community staff exclusion criteria:
1. Those who cannot participate in the survey on vacation;
2. Those who are unwilling to participate in the survey.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

使用问卷和量表进行数据采集，运用SPSS Statistics 22.0完成样本数据录入并进行统计学分析。
