研究目的：

研究终点时，经肛全直肠系膜切除术与常规腹腔镜直肠癌根治手术相比，术中及术后早期并发症率、肿瘤根治的相关参数（淋巴结数目、环周切缘阳性率、下切缘距肿瘤距离）有无差异，2年、3年局部复发率有无差异。  

Objectives of Study：

At the end of the study, transanal total mesenterectomy compared with conventional laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer, there were any differences in intraoperative and early postoperative complications rates, parameters related to radical resection (number of lymph nodes, positive rate of peripheral resection margin, distance from the lower resection margin to the tumor), and local recurrence rates at 2 and 3 years.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.18 岁以下患者；
2.妊娠；
3.先前进行过前列腺或直肠手术（不包括局部切除）；
4.具有急性肠梗阻征象；
5.结直肠多源发肿瘤；
6.家族性结肠腺瘤样息肉（Adenomatosis Polyposis Coli, FAP），遗传性非息肉性结肠直肠癌（Hereditary Non-Polyposis Colorectal Cancer, HNPCC），活动性溃疡性结肠炎或活动性克罗恩病；
7.对全身麻醉有绝对禁忌。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients under 18 years old;
2.Pregnancy;
3.Prior prostate or rectal surgery (excluding local excision);
4.Symptoms of acute intestinal obstruction;
5.Multiple colorectal tumors;
6.The problem with familial Adenomatosis Polyposis Coli (FAP), Hereditary non-polyposis Colorectal Cancer (HNPCC), is Colorectal Cancer. Active ulcerative colitis or active Crohn's disease;
7.There is absolute contraindication to general anesthesia.
