研究目的：

主要目的：拟基于多模态磁共振数据与血清炎性细胞因子、临床量表指标，探索WMH伴抑郁状态个体的神经影像标记，并构建疾病的早期预测模型，探讨针灸治疗的神经机制和炎性机制，并进行远期效应反馈，旨在为临床WMH的进展伴认知情感障碍提供早期识别、早期干预的客观依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: Based on multimodal magnetic resonance data, serum inflammatory cytokines and clinical scale indicators, this study intends to explore neuroimaging markers of WMH patients with depression, build an early prediction model of the disease, explore the neurological and inflammatory mechanisms of acupuncture treatment, and conduct long-term effect feedback. The aim is to provide objective basis for early recognition and early intervention of clinical WMH with cognitive affective disorde.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有其他严重的神经系统疾病，如大面积脑梗死、脑出血颅脑外伤、脑肿瘤、颅内感染、癫痫、代谢性脑病、非血管因素等诱发的脑白质病变；
2.有酒精或其他药物依赖或滥用史，或严重精神障碍，近1个月内有精神类药物使用史；
3.存在明显认知功能损伤（MMSE≤24分）、语言或运动功能障碍；
4.患有严重的全身系统性疾病或重要器官功能不足；
5.哺乳期或孕期妇女；
6.有MRI检查禁忌症，体内有金属、 幽闭恐惧症等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from other serious neurological diseases, such as large-area cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, traumatic brain injury, brain tumor, intracranial infection, epilepsy, metabolic encephalopathy, white matter lesions induced by non-vascular factors, etc.;
2. Have a history of alcohol or other drug dependence or abuse, or a severe mental disorder, and a history of psychotropic drug use within the past 1 month;
3. There is obvious cognitive impairment (MMSE<=24 points), language or motor dysfunction;
4. Suffering from severe systemic diseases or insufficiency of vital organs;
5. Women who are breastfeeding or pregnant;
6. There are contraindications to MRI examination, metal in the body, claustrophobia, etc.
