研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨0～14岁儿童血清维生素K2与骨钙素、Ⅰ型胶原C端肽的关系，了解不同年龄段儿童血清维生素K、骨代谢标志物的变化趋势。获悉不同年龄段儿童维生素K营养状况水平，为不同年龄段儿童维生素K的合理补充提供参考依据，预防儿童骨代谢相关疾病的发生。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between serum vitamin K2 and osteocalcin and C-terminal peptide of type I collagen in 14-year-old children, and to understand the changing trend of serum vitamin K and bone metabolic markers in children of different ages. To know the nutritional status of vitamin K in children of different ages, to provide a reference basis for reasonable supplement of vitamin K in children of different ages, and to prevent the occurrence of diseases related to bone metabolism in children.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有明确病因先天性代谢问题和内分泌疾病者排除，如低磷抗D佝偻病，甲状腺疾病、糖尿病、肝脏疾病、肾功能不全、肾上腺皮质功能异常等；
2.患严重呼吸系统、消化系统疾病、心血管系统、泌尿系统疾病患儿；
3.长期服用糖皮质激素或其他影响骨代谢药物（如噻嗪类利尿剂、肝素、二膦酸盐、口服避孕药、芳香化酶抑制剂、抗惊厥药物、重组人甲状旁腺素）等；
4.近3个月内服用维生素K、维生素D补充剂的儿童。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who have a clear cause of congenital metabolic problems and endocrine diseases are excluded, such as low phosphorus anti-D rickets, thyroid disease, diabetes, liver disease, renal insufficiency, abnormal adrenal cortex function, etc.;
2. Children suffering from severe respiratory, digestive, cardiovascular, and urinary diseases;
3. Long-term use of glucocorticoids or other drugs that affect bone metabolism (such as thiazide diuretics, heparin, bisphosphonates, oral contraceptives, aromatase inhibitors, anticonvulsants, recombinant human parathyroid hormone), etc.
4. Children who have taken vitamin K and vitamin D supplements in the past 3 months.

在辽宁省沈阳市儿童医院选取1000例，于2020年12月到2021年12月儿童保健科门诊常规体检的0-14岁儿童为研究对象，按年龄分为4组：A组（0～1岁）、B组（>1～3岁）、C组（>3～9岁）和D组（>9～14岁）。

A total of 1000 children aged 0-14 years old who underwent routine physical examination in the outpatient clinic of the Department of Child Health from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected from Shenyang Children's Hospital of Liaoning Province.
