研究目的：

本研究以临床中特殊的全身性感染疾病----血流感染为研究对象，通过对mNGS常规测序深度与高测序深度在血流感染中的诊断差异进行比较，探讨测序深度的提升能否深化mNGS的实际临床诊断意义。  

Objectives of Study：

The present study is focused on a distinct general infection, Sepsis. To explore the impact of mNGS depths on the diagnostic value for bloodstream infection in critical patient.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.30天内已参加其它临床研究；
2.不配合治疗的患者；
3.临终状态或生命体征难以维持的患者；
4.30天内已明确规律使用广谱抗生素治疗的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Participated in other clinical studies within 30 days;
2.Patients who do not cooperate with treatment;
3.Patients who are in terminal state or whose vital signs are difficult to maintain;
4.Patients who have been treated with broad-spectrum antibiotics on a regular basis within 30 days.
