研究目的：

通过对甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑用于纤维支气管镜检查的安全性及有效性的验证，以及对甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑药效学的研究，制定出甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑用于纤维支气管镜检查的基础用药方案，然后再通过对与甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑伍用的阿片类药物的剂量/效应研究，苯二氮卓类拮抗药氟马西尼对甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑拮抗作用的研究，制定出完整的基于甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑的纤维支气管镜中深度镇静策略，并将之用于临床。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the verification of the safety and effectiveness of ramazolam toluenesulfonate in fiberoptic bronchoscopy, as well as the study on the pharmacodynamics of rimazolam toluenesulfonate, the basic drug regimen of rimazolam toluenesulfonate for fiberoptic bronchoscopy was worked out, and then the dose/ effect of opioids combined with ramazolam toluenesulfonate was studied. The antagonistic effect of flumazenil, a benzodiazepine antagonist, on remazolam toluenesulfonate was studied, and a complete strategy of deep sedation in fiberoptic bronchoscope based on remazolam toluenesulfonate was developed and used in clinic.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.过度肥胖（体重指数>30kg/m^2）；
2.近期有支气管哮喘或正在大咯血者；
3.主气道严重狭窄患者；
4.重症肌无力患者；
5.精神分裂症患者；
6.严重抑郁状态或具有长期苯二氮卓类药物使用史的患者；
7.拟行纤支镜检查/治疗大于30分钟的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Obesity (body mass index > 30kg/m^2);
2.Patients with recent bronchial asthma or massive hemoptysis;
3.patients with severe stenosis of the main airway;
4.Patients with myasthenia gravis;
5.Patients with schizophrenia;
6.Patients with severe depression or with a long history of benzodiazepine use;
7.Patients who are scheduled to be examined/ treated with fiberoptic bronchoscopy for more than 30 minutes.
