研究目的：

1.本研究的主要目的，是通过临床随机对照研究，评估和比较行为干预如何影响婴儿出生后第一年内的母乳喂养率； 2.本研究的第二个目的是检验母乳喂养对母婴健康的影响； 3.本研究的第三个目的是了解同伴小组的不同特征对母婴健康的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1.The primary objective of this study was to evaluate and compare how behavioral interventions affect breast-feeding rates in the first year of life through a randomized controlled clinical study; 2.The second purpose of the study is to examine the impact of breastfeeding on maternal and child well-being; 3.The third purpose of the study was to understand the impact of different characteristics of peer groups on maternal and child health.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.在之前的三个月孕期经历了胎儿死亡；
2.在之前经历过新生儿死亡；
3.在本孕期被诊断患有癌症；
4.被诊断为乙肝表面抗原阳性；
5.有人造乳房植入物；
6.早产的风险很高；
7.在干预对照随机分组前分娩；
8.其胎儿疑似或被诊断患有严重疾病或异常。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Had experienced fetal death during the previous trimester of pregnancy;
2.Has experienced previous newborn death;
3.Has been diagnosed by cancer during this pregnancy;
4.Patients were diagnosed positive for hepatitis B surface antigen;
5.Has Artificial breast implants;
6.At high risk of premature birth;
7.Delivery before randomization of intervention control;
8.The fetus is suspected or diagnosed to have a serious disease or abnormality.
