我们的研究目标是维生素D3和社区医生的家庭管理对社区老年高血压患者的收缩压和改善生活质量（QOL）的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Our aim is to Vitamin D3 and Community Doctor with Home Management reduces systolic blood pressure and improves quality of life (QOL) in community elderly with hypertension.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准：有急性脑梗塞、急性心肌梗死等并发症、继发性高血压、恶性肿瘤、卧床行动不便、有精神异常者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients were excluded who
1) had complications such as acute cerebral infarction and acute myocardial infarction, secondary hypertension, malignancies, stroke, diabetes or mental illnesses, or
2) were died, or withdrew from this study.
