研究目的：

本研究的目的就是通过对比研究我院单中心的髌骨置换与髌骨成型在TKA术后的临床效果及影像学结果的差异，试图为是否在TKA时推荐使用髌骨置换提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of our study was to compare the clinical and radiological outcomes between patients with and without patellar resurfacing during total knee arthroplasty (TKA).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.非髌骨置换TKA术后再行髌骨置换者或一期双侧TKA者；
2.严重内外翻畸形（≥20°）或关节不稳需要使用限制性假体者；
3.膝关节屈曲挛缩畸形无法行髌骨轴位X线检查者；
4.合并严重关节外畸形，行TKA无法矫形者；
5.髌骨厚度小于22mm者；
6.药物或酒精成瘾者，心身疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients who underwent patellar resurfacing after primary TKA, or one-stage bilateral TKA;
2.Patients with severe varus deformity (>= 20 degree) or joint instability requiring the use of restrictive prosthesis;
3.The knee flexion contracture deformity can not be performed by axial X-ray examination of patella;
4.Patients with severe extrarticular deformity and TKA could not be corrected successfully;
5.Patella thickness less than 22 mm;
6.Drug or alcohol addicts, psychosomatic diseases.

由EXCEL软件生成260个连续的随机数，将随机数按顺序编号依次放入260个信封，定义奇数为髌骨置换组，偶数为非髌骨置换组（髌骨成型组），于术中完成股骨胫骨截骨后，测量髌骨厚度≥22mm时打开信封。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

260 consecutive random numbers were generated by Excel software, and the random numbers were placed into 260 envelopes in sequence. The odd number was defined as the patella replacement group, and the even number was defined as the non-patella replacement group (patella shaping group).

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

制作包括研究对象基线资料、术前术后的功能结果及影像学结果的表格，按照时间节点收集患者数据，并导入易侕DataWeb进行管理。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Tables including baseline data of subjects, preoperative and postoperative functional results and imaging results were prepared. Patient data were collected according to time nodes and imported into EmpowerStat DataWeb for management.
