研究目的：

探讨住院炎症性肠病患者人体成分（体脂肪、体骨骼肌、体蛋白质等）的改变及肌肉减少症相关内容（肌少症发病率及其危险因素、对预后的影响等），分析结果将有助于制定住院炎症性肠病患者个体化营养分析与支持方案。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the changes of body components (body fat, body skeletal muscle, body protein, etc.) and related contents with sarcopenia (incidence of sarcopenia and its risk factors, influence on prognosis, etc.) in hospitalized patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). The analysis results will be helpful for the development of individualized nutritional analysis and support programs for hospitalized IBD patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.存在可能营养障碍性疾病如伴有癌症、肝病、严重器官功能不全等并发症的患者；
2.不适宜行人体成分分析检查的患者，如安装有心脏起搏器，不能进行生物电阻抗测定者；足踝角质层过厚无法测出体成分数据者；意识不清，不能配合测量者；体内存在金属物质如内固定器、人工关节等可能影响测定结果者；
3.不具备完整腹部CT或人体成分分析结果者；
4.严重肝肾功能不全、生命体征不稳定患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with possible nutritional disorders such as cancer, liver disease, severe organ dysfunction and other complications;
2. Patients who are not suitable for human body component analysis, such as those who are equipped with cardiac pacemakers, bioelectrical impedance measurement cannot be performed; or ankle cuticle is too thick to measure the body composition data; or unconscious, unable to cooperate with the measurement; or with metallic substances in the body, such as internal fixators, artificial joints, etc., may affect the test results;
3. Patients without complete abdominal CT or human component analysis results;
4. Patients with severe liver and kidney insufficiency and unstable vital signs.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

观察数据将由经治医生记录在病例报告表中，并保证数据记录及时、完整、准确、真实。表格将用黑色签字笔填写，任何修改都由相关人员进行，然后签字和标明日期，修改不覆盖原始记录。
