Objectives of Study：

To explore the safety and efficacy of implantable deep brain stimulation system for treatment-resistant depression.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.伴有严重的或不稳定的心、肝、肾、内分泌、血液等内科疾病者及伴有精神病性症状的共病者，包括病史、问诊及临床检查中确诊的人格障碍；
2.12月内有药物滥用史；既往有癫痫病史者，儿童期高热惊厥者；
3.过去6个月内有自杀企图或过去2年内超过2次的自杀企图受试者；
4.哺乳期、妊娠的妇女及临床研究期间怀孕或打算怀孕的受试者；
5.存在DBS手术及慢性刺激的禁忌症；
6.非自愿住院治疗受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with severe or unstable heart, liver, kidney, endocrine, blood and other internal diseases or comorbidities with psychotic symptoms, including the personality disorders diagnosed during medical history, consultation and clinical examination;
2.Patients with a history of drug abuse within 12 months; A history of epilepsy, or high fever and convulsion in childhood;
3.Subjects who had attempted suicide in the past 6 months or more than 2 suicide attempts in the past 2 years;
4.Women who are breast-feeding, pregnant, and subjects who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant during the clinical study;
5.Patients have contraindications about DBS surgery and chronic irritation;
6.Subjects of involuntary hospitalization.
