研究目的:

本研究旨在应用OCTA观察视网膜静脉阻塞(RVO)患者治疗前后的视网膜微循环变化,探寻缺血与非缺血型RVO的区别,探讨OCTA是否具有鉴别缺血与非缺血型RVO的作用。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to use OCTA to observe the microvascular changes before and after treatment in patients with retinal vein occlusion (RVO), to find the difference between ischemic and non-ischemic RVO, and to explore whether OCTA can differentiate ischemic and non-ischemic RVO.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.合并其他眼科疾病者(糖尿病视网膜病变、视网膜动脉阻塞、老年性黄斑变性等);
2.严重白内障或玻璃体积血等屈光间质混浊影响眼底成像者;
3.近期接受过眼科手术者;
4.低图像质量(扫描信号强度指标≤45);
5.不能依照医嘱按时随访者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients with other eye diseases (diabetic retinopathy, retinal artery occlusion, age-related macular degeneration, etc.);
2. Severe cataracts or vitreous hemorrhage and other refractive interstitial opacity affecting fundus imaging;
3. Those who have recently undergone eye surgery;
4. Low image quality (scanning signal strength index <=45);
5. Those who cannot follow the doctor's advice on time.
