本研究开展基于穿戴设备的无创高血糖风险预测，识别潜在高血糖风险人群，给出提示以便及早就医，降低高血糖对人体的进一步伤害。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to carry out non-invasive hyperglycemia risk prediction based on wearable devices and identify potential population with hyperglycemia risk.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并血友病或其他严重凝血功能障碍的患者；
2.严重皮肤疾病患者；
3.精神疾病患者；
4.不能配合研究者；
5.有医生认为不适合参加研究的任何其他情况者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with hemophilia or other severe coagulation disorders;
2. Patients with severe skin diseases;
3. Patients with mental illness;
4. Patients who are unable to cooperate with the study;
5. Patients with any other condition that doctors consider not suitable to participate in the study.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究通过病历记录表记录受试者基础数据、诊断数据、血液生化数据；通过研究APP采集受试者用户日志；通过智能手表采集脉搏波数据；通过连续血糖监测系统采集血糖数据；通过华为电子数据管理系统管理上述数据。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study records the basic data, diagnostic data and blood biochemical data of the subjects through case record form, collects the user logs of the subjects through research APP, collects the pulse wave data through the smartwatch, collects the blood glucose data through the continuous blood glucose monitoring system, and manages the above data through the Huawei electronic data management system.
