研究目的：

对老年（≥70岁）、高风险（合并肺气肿、肺间质纤维化、肺功能不全或心脑血管疾病）患者临床考虑为早期肺癌的病变进行CT引导下单针道“同步活检+根治性微波消融”治疗的前瞻性研究，证实其安全性及有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the safety and effectiveness of CT guided single needle "synchronous biopsy + radical microwave ablation" in the treatment of early lung cancer in elderly (>= 70 years old) and high-risk patients (complicated with emphysema, pulmonary fibrosis, pulmonary insufficiency or cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases).

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重出血倾向、血小板小于50×109/L 和凝血功能严重紊乱；
2.无法配合完成活检、微波消融治疗或放疗；
3.美国东部肿瘤协作组(ECOG)评分＞3分；
4.严重全身感染、高热，穿刺/照射部位皮肤感染、破溃者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Severe bleeding tendency, platelet less than 50 × 109 / L and severe coagulation disorder;
2.Unable to cooperate with biopsy, microwave ablation or radiotherapy;
3.ECoG score > 3;
4.Severe systemic infection, high fever, skin infection and ulceration at puncture / irradiation site.
